There is a channel called Noob hackz in Telegram application and user coder_1XX is admin of this group. He advertises that Apple, Samsung and other high end products are sold at cheaper price and also has cheated hundreds of people. In the channel link itself he has posted the snap of payment details who were cheated by him. I reported this to Telegram app but no action has been taken.
