I bought beg chair 21oct. 2020 of worth rupees 688 from lit basket , the payment was successful but i received no order number and tracking number from their site and nor did any email regarding the same. But i received the message from the bank about amount deduction. The contact number and email address given at their website are also non working. and now on opening the lit basket site there comes some allu allu website.
I am unable to get what to do and how to get the refund.
Its my humble request from you to do some enquiry for my justice and to guide me
