Respected sir/ma’am, I am Sumathi.A from TamilNadu. Due to this pandemic I was searching for various job in various field online. I got a call Prelax technology from Gujarat and offered me for formfilling job where I have to complete 800 forms in 7 days. I simply agreed and sent my Driving license for verification and the agent told that I will get a call from head office for verification where I just have to agree to work and say yes and that’s what I did. After an hour I got my log in ID and password through email. I had a error in 2 forms. I tried to contact the person, but he didn’t respond. So I sent the mail to helpline mail id what they sent by email. But I didn’t get any response both by mail and call. In mail they already said that you have to complete the work and do final submission. Then pdf will be download, you can take that for your backup and sent that pdf to helpline mail id. But after final submission, the pdf downloaded is password protected. I asked the password to agent number by whatspp. He replied that you will get soon. But I didn’t get. I forwarded the pdf to helpline mail id on 19th April 2021. And then after 2 days I got a msg as QC report is fail. But my forms are 100 percent correct. After comparing that forms only I submitted. And also what they had shown as wrong, that is absolutely modified one and the correct form. And suddenly on 21st April 2021 I got a mail and text from the company’s legal department saying that I have to pay some pending payment amount or else they will take legal actions. I sent a mail to them. There is no reply. That  day itself I got a call. He said I am a legal officer speaking, you have to pay 5500 rupees within today or we will send you police to your home. Later he is saying that I am a police and You had a agreement to pay. I never signed any agreement like that. I explained them everything but they were not ready to understand the situation. I spoke to him that I explained everything but they were not ready to listen, later they cut the call and immediately. On 23rd April 2021 I got a text message saying that Your case id is this and call on 7478970677.  Then I checked the name of the adv online and I can see so many complaints against him. The legal officer name is MR. SAGAR SHARMA and I got a call from Rupesh. Please take some actions against these type of frauds.
