I’ve paid 2353 for new connection with free ott apps as mentioned on their website. I just selected some some channels not even clicked to active them. They just recharged it with 684. And now they deactivated my account. N now I’m not able to watch any app. Now I’m asking about refund n they are saying we can’t. I think you guys are fraud. Rs2353 I’ve paid now I have to pay Rs684 more. Approx Rs3000 I have to pay for one month????
