Sub: Regarding cheating/fraud
Sir, with due respect I want to submit this complaint of cheating. I search some data entry work on Quiker and got work from Silicon technology They have chatted at my mobile No. and Adhaar No. They demand to pay money 7500.for penalty’s pay money with you. After then they calling me again to demand money 7500 for the QC report failed but my accuracy 90% perfect i know that still they are disturbing for pay money. they send me notice of case file again and again. ADV. Sidharth roy called me (8469655165 & 7574937381) they threatened me that you send Rs. 7500-/- then we will give FIR to you otherwise I will send you legal notice and Police will arrest you immediately.
They threatened me “The Court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete the same and even not respond to the notice in the court, so the court is going to take strict legal action against you. You have to face strict legal consequences. Orders to be held and the court decides you to appear in court in 2 days. If you do not appear in court,Court will take legal action against you associated at your home address. Herewith court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is Rs 72102/- in 2 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you as per Indian Penal Code therefore take this matter as prime concern”.
