Hi ,
I have requested to port out my present VI(vodafoneidea) number to another operator but after the procedure of port started on 29 sep 2020 ,i received a call from a number 9311735193 to send a message for cancelling my present services from vodafone which was CANCEL 9910xxxxxx to 1900 ,but today i got to know that my request has been cancelled because of this .Please tell me are you doing a frauds to stop the subscriber movement to another operator .SHAME ON YOU .Here i am attaching the screenshots and other information ,hoping that you will take an action which quite difficult for you .
In the attached screenshot you refer the number also the message which came to me and the message which i have sent to 1900.
