I took a loan from dutta rupee loan app…at repayment time the app was not opening then one watsapp mssg come in my no. He say sir app is not working I give u UPI id pay on this UPI no first I dont pay him then he give me blackmailing mssg…then I think let’s pay then I pay my loan ammount on given UPI id then he blocked me and didn’t responding my mssg or call please help me from these fraudster please sir
