I have done my work with this company Nik tech data solutions and submitted my work on time. There QC department told me I had not done my work upto 93% my work accuracy was  analaysed by them was 89.5 % but according to me I had done my work very carefully and my accuracy must be above 95%. They told me to pay 3999 Rs to company for service charge and get my balance amount. Then I told them to deduct 3999 Rs from my payment of 16,110 Rs. But the she told me I have to pay this charge first and then it will come to your account within 10 minutes with salary of 537 correct forms. I said no to pay any charge for this because i seen an complaint against Nik Tech Data Solution behalf of Richa she paid this service charge but then also she hadn’ t got her salary. So, how can I trust on Nik Tech Data Solution company’ s persons. Then she blame  and threaten me then  file legal notice against me. They file case on me under section 73- 74- 75 of the Indian Arbitration and Counciliation Act, 1996 for contract breach. They threaten me to pay 1,50,000 Rs. I want my working money without paying any charge so, please help me and I have an humble request to close like this fraud company.
