Dear, My Husband was out of country from our home on some business trip from 30/11/18(Morning) to 6/12/18 (7 P:M), Any Fruad Person Purchased a new sim from your Airtel Shop of my Husband Mob No.9238570982 with showing fruad Adhar card (IN Adhar card many discrepancies date of Birth, Adhar Card No,Fathers Name, Photo) Any Lay man can find that there are many discrepencies. With This duplicate Sim the fruad person through mobile Banking from My Husbands DCB Bank CC account, Attabira a sum of Rs.2Lakhs on 5/12/18 and again Rs.10Lakhs on 6/12/18 fraudly Transfer to His account. This is happend due to your careless and without verify document , So You are responsible for this Incident. My Husband is in depressed for this incident, If any thing happend like Road accident or any other types of incident , Than You are responsibale for This In the premises therefore, I call upon you to compensate my Husband the financial losses and dameges suffered by my Husband for your gross deficient service within a period of a fortnight from the date of receipt neither I take legal action against You.
