I got call from R K Shahu representatlive of Shine.com and he approach me to purchase the services from Shine, I was not cleared and i asked him multiple time the total services. He prepared the career path for me connected with his services in that call and sent me some link to payment. first payment was done for the resume writing after complete he asked me to check that I had one more link for other service, i was surprised and asked him that this the final amount right he everytime said that yes this is the final but after that transaction he asked me to check again the new kink for payment and everyting he said that this is the services which is planned for your career path so you should purchase or else previous service will not effective for your career path and when i asked him to cancel the previous service and refund the previous amount so he told that we don’t have policy for refund. Everytime i asked him that this is the final amount and i was paid from my credit card because i was not having amount of 1.2 Lac in my account, you can find those details in that call recording (available with Shine.com). Last service was stratgic management and that was for 22000 approx and my all cards limit was exosted for all the payment of 1.1 Lac and i asked tham that i am not able to pay so they asked me that without this service your profile will not get strong and asked me to pay poartial payment of 9000 and rest amount pay on the next salary (2-Jun-23). On 2-Jul-23 R K Shahu called me and asked me for the remaining amount, I informed him that this course is not usefull for my career and profile so please refund my amount because i haven’t purchased anything yet this is the partial amount. Now he refuse to pay me the partial amount which is b;locked by Shine.com(HT Media)
This is completeley wrong that i haven’t purchased anything from them yet and they are blocked that amount, I paid all the amount from my credit card and i need to make the payment of card but they are not ready to refund to me now and I also need full amount from shine because all the services are not worth as per the amount they charges. Some of the services i haven’t used but still they don’t want to refund me my amount.
Thay asked me that we don’t have refund policy if you purchase anything but I paid the partial amount, I have mail from them that partial amount received after that i haven’t purchased any services from that amount than how can non-refund clause work on that?
