Hi, I received a call from Tikona legal department on 14.03.2023 asking to pay bill or fight against tikona in court. they forced me to pay Rs.2839/- for a bill of Rs.1039 which is also wrongly charged to me. I have contacted customer care to cut my connection even before the due date of my bill. I have written e-mail for collection of modem and the reason for charging excess bill to me. But no reply was received so far from their side. Further while paying Rs.2839/- they promised they ll refund 2000 rs on collection of modem.. but then it was their strategy to recover money.. they charged a bill for no internet being used.. and after payment I have sent many emails for disconnection and scheduling a visit to collect modem but there is no response from the internet service Account id: 1127109943 Mobile number: 9007455333 Email id: lalsushant605.sl@gmail.com
