Asking for EMIs before due date and block the card without any reason. when I paid my EMI as per due date they deducted Rs353 as processing fees and balance amount is credited from EMI. Also they are manupulate the app as per their choice and fraudlent with the customer. Threatening by calling over phone that they will attack home due to stop paying EMI. I have informed over mail to resolve the problem to their customer care support saveral times but no response. So requesting please give me justice.
