Fraudlent Transaction on my RBL Credit card
An amount of 4200 rupees got deducted from my RBL Credit card at 11 pm on 17-June-2022. I have received OTP for the transaction but in next minute amount got deducted from account without OTP.
I dont understand why OTP process is required if anybody can use my credit card number without my consent. What is the security process RBL card has ? as it didnt functioned properly in my case.
I spoke to RBL customer care and didnt found the discussion useful as they said I should pay the full bill in coming cycle but they will respond to my Fraudlent query in 120 days.
