I had registered in Shine Job portal in April ’22. I had received a call from 9584203557(was not spam in True caller) for paid service which i had used once earlier and was useful. So, I went ahead with the call and through the Shine portal made the payment for 100rs. However, the OTP generated was for 31,434 and within seconds the amount was deducted from the credit card. I immediately called the HDFC bank and reported the incident and blocked the card. I informed the representative and they tried refund multiple times. There could be online glitch so i went along with it. I gave my account number and after that the person has blocked my number. I called from other numbers but they keep cancelling the call.

The transaction is not yet generated in my credit card bill so i do not have a transaction ID. However, its reflecting in my credit card balance.I need to report this fraud and recieve a refund for the same.
