main ritesh kumar dumka se hu main aaj olx se ek parsel mangwaya tha, ek woadmi bola ki me parsel send kr diya hu app 1000 rupes send kro insurence krwana h. wo khud ko militry wala bata rha tha isliye maine unko 1000 de diye fir 2 ghante bad wo caal krke bolta h ki sir app baki payment kro apka parsel apke addresh tk pohach hi gya h maine bola ki mujhe milega to main payment krunga to usne bolne lga ki hm army wale h app bharosa kro hamara rules h apko payment krna hoga. or jab me payment kr diya fir wo bolne lga ki koi parsel nhi milega ye sb Fraud tha hm army ke nhi h or gali galoch krne lga sir plzz sir help me. plz
