Sir,
From yesterday i had having a problem in a game named soccer royale in mpl. A person named HII was frequently defeating me without playing the game. When the game page open it is showing that your connection is lost. According to MPL fairplay policy if the connection lost occur before a game start the game should go for tie but in my case i am loosing money. I informed this matter to their desk but there was no use. Everytime i messaged them seperate persons are replying me and they always talk supporting yheir faiplay policy and trying to implement the problem as mine. Another situation had happened with the same person, while the game progress me and my opponent were in tie without pitting a goal he won 2 times. If the MPL has no security for peoples money then why are they continuing this gaming platform. Some are making money through fraud under their nose and there eyes are shut. I had a suspision that he was i confirmed it because to everyone in MPL we can sent message through chat but in his case it is not able sent. He is winning the tournaments. He is getting money and other loosing. Please take a strict action to it. I have a screen shot in thath the coins are arranged in different manner which is not exist in that game. I need my money back. Please consider my complaint and it will help many people from loosing money.
