after the trai has launched the monthly rental pack we selected our channels and the total cost was rs 289 from 17 feb 2019 to 21 march 2019 after recharging successfully on 17 feb 2019 i called the airtel troll free number and the guy there said that your pack is successfully selected and your rental is rs 289 till 21 march 2019. but the channels are stopped by airtel on 7th march 2019 saying that your monthly rental is rs 508 and you have an extra sports pack of rs 300 . hence , this complain is about this frauding done by airtel i mean these people generally record their conversation with people and they are some type of cons who loots people money . please resolve this issue.
