On 2nd November,2020, I got a call from +91-7486049369 (Neha) and she was saying to give me a job of captcha working at IQ Solution (Gujrat) which is completely fake and took my Email ID and Adhaar Card through my whatsapp. After that she has sent all the details and agreement and did not tell about court case and legal action and penalty payment. After signing the agreement quickly (did not gave time to notice) she provided the captcha job. I’ve done first day’s terms of work and then noticed there’s something wrong which i correctly typed and their report which their fake server showing is not matching and huge different in the letters. Then i couldn’t able to complete the work. Today (19/11/2020) one advocate called me and saying about court case will be filed against me if i don’t pay the penalty. i was scared and i’ve done payment of 6900/- the penalty amount mentioned on agreement. After that they demanded 18500/- for closing the agreement of company by online and if not possible to close the agreement by online the charges will be 58000/- physically in court. Then i too have done 18500/- and they again demanded 27500 for online signing to close the file. But this time i have not paid the 27500/- and they called me that they are sending the legal notice in my address. Every call record, every messages, emails, whatsapp messages are stored in my device file. Please take the strong action against those fake company like IQ Solutions. They may misuse the ID proof. Company and advocate never threatened and blackmail for penalty as they were doing. Take a strong action and break their chain as soon as possible.
