I got a call from a company called personal job solution on (11/10/2021), he told me that I have to sign a digital signature for the agreement with the company that I told him that I will work.And I also provide Aadhar card and email id. That person did not told me about the penalty fees and only told me about the work that currently I could not complete the assignment due to some reason and now they are asking me to pay the portal charges of Rs. 5500 plus GST its about 6490 and additional charge 3500 also. If I didn’t pay the portal Charges than they will case against me. This person repeatedly harassed me by calling me and threatening me with the case .
Please help and suggest what i will do
