Dear concern,
This is to inform you that i’ve earlier sent a message about the travolook a travel agency, that they’ve made the booking of and cancelled at the same time after receiving the payment. Now its been more than 2 months and i haven’t received any of the refund as i have raised the request multiple times. I request you to please surve the justice as soon possible and take the tough leagal action to the company.
