Hello Sir,
We purchased the Karma India Holidays package on 14 October 2022 from Darjeeling. We used the service on 15 October 2022 in Siliguri (ROYAL SAROVAR PREMIERE) and on 9th December 2022 in New Delhi (Divine Paradise Tavisha ). But when we tried to book the service the third time they did not reply to our emails and calls. We have been trying to contact them since December 2022. they have blocked our number. we even tried to reach their office in Gurugram but could not find the office at the address provided in the documents.
The POC (point of contact) provided at the time of purchase are Ajay (9315717847, 7076218986) and Raunak(9547323927). They have booked both the above-mentioned bookings for us however when we tried to book ourselves we did not get any response. We then tried to contact the POC but they stopped taking our calls. It seems they are frauds.
I am attaching all the documents of the purchase please help me to get my money back as they are not providing the services.
I have also complained Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, My Grievance Number: 4176780.
