On 20th april I got watsapp message from as called DTS DTS solution captcha data entry and captcha entry company , they said me their is 10000 captcha have to fill in 10 days for 3rs per captcha and 90% work should be accurate so I accept job cause I have prior captcha and data entry job experience than I give them my adharcard details for registration which is done everywhere but after that they say if you fail to complete work or don’t maintain accuracy you have to pay some of rs6900 as a penalty than I search in google about company and I got complaint against this company . And I got this company is fraud than I told them about all this and refuse to work and I didn’t do any work but after 10 days from 30th april 2021 they are blackmailing me by sending legal notices and said me to pay 8000rs to close matter out side the court but I refuse to pay them than they agin send me mail in this they said if I dont pay them they will send legal notice to my adress and may make me attest. But I don’t give any reply them and I didn’t answer any calls of them, but now I seen video of one of advocate who are discussing about this and giving advice than I send him watsapp message then I said him actually what happen with me and then he said me to send them legal notic and its required . So what should I do ? Should I send them legal notice to avoid any legal procedure ? Please help me .
