I had booked ticket on 29th january for ahmedabad to nagpur for date 6th February 5 am non stop flight for rs 4881 and then immediately I get a message saying flight got canceled due to operational reasons so I call customer care for the same and they tell to book ticket 2nd time while keeping the call connected and I do so again booking it for rs 5039 and they tell that booking will get confirmed now and I also get the message with PNR number but after 10 mins I get another mail saying your payment of rs 5039 failed and if debited it will be credited to your email ID so I go to indigo official website and try to see by entering PNR number that ticket got booked or not but it shows invalid PNR so I booked ticket from makemytrip on 30th January and immediately I get message of webcheck in and all went well so later on 30th January at 1.30 pm I call travolook customer care to know about my refund as my 9000 got deducted and ticket got canceled but customer care lady tells your booking is confirmed.
How come if you get payment failed message and then someone’s ticket get confirmed and when I ask to them that I want my refund of both the tickets they immediately cut the call and second time when I call they tell booking is confirmed and I can’t help it from my side
This is completely fraud website I got my 9000 locked ? and still I am not getting any solution or emails from their side
