Sir,
- I had ordered for supply of 1 no. LG, 1.5-ton, 5-star, Inverter, Wi-Fi, Window AC, (Copper 2020), White, Model no.: JW-Q18WUZA, Vide the On-line order no. 901161 dated 09 May 2021. I had also made an On-line full advance payment of Rs. 29,316/- (Payment reference: ICICI Bank online payment transaction no. 5037259019 dated 09 May 21). - I had been intimated by you, vide your SMS dated 20 May 2021 that the ordered item has since been shipped on 20 May 2021 and that it would be received by me at my given address in Visakhapatnam, latest by 24 May 2021. However, the delivery date has already finished and neither your company picked up our phone nor responded to my email wrt status of the items. As there is no response from your end, I would cancel the order and insist on refund of the advance payment made.
- In view of the above, I would request you to please look into the matter for early resolution and refund of the payment of Rs. 29,316.00.
