I ordered boAt Airdopes 121 PRO True Wireless Earbuds and it got delivered to me on 13th September. I was out of the city visiting my sister and upon my return, I opened the package and saw I received some damaged i12 product with no bill.
I contacted Amazon on multiple occasion but because the return/exchange window of 7 days lapsed, they refused to help me. They also could not share the fraud seller’s details to me because of their confidentiality arrangement.
I was given no choice but to accept the defective product and make piece with it.
