My name is Ritesh Raj, and I worked for TDC technology from last week. The project was of 750 form filling out of which 234 forms were rejected.I completed the project on time. But the QC report report says that I have made mistakes in 234 forms. But when I rechecked the error forms only 68 forms were marked with errors rest all were correct. But the lawyer from that company sent an intimation letter on my mail and charged me 12950/-, as penalty which I have paid. When I asked him about cancellation of the agreement with the company then he told me to pay 62500/- as settlement amount when I requested then he came down to 55500/-.
But I didn’t paid any amount further. He was continuously calling me several times with other no. After that he threatened me that your case has been registered and you will get notice in 3 days at your home.
Now you will have to pay 180000/- in the court to settle.
