Dear Sir/Madam
Vodafone executive Mr. Chandan met me in my office and he offered me the plan as I mentioned below (199+GST). All numbers are individual connections before porting. I want to convert these numbers into COIP connection as I was discussed with Mr. Chandan but he converted these numbers into COCP without my permission. When I was asked him about this then he had no answer.
After that day by day on call discussion he was telling lie that he would correct this mistake ASAP but after that his behaviour totaly changed and refused to me to give the offered plan that discussed with me first time. He was also talk to me with misbehave.Here I am also attached his visiting card for his identification.
I request you please take action against him so he cann’t do this again.I was also complaint to Vodafone more than one month ago but no action taken on this.
