A person scammed me on Telegram with the name India Custom. I transferred 14000 rupees by paytm number 7873966503 Hemalata Jena’s account for buy smart phone. Now he blocked me when I asked him when will I be receiving the phone. I need my money back please help me. Plz do the action against him.and stop and remove all fraud channel from telegram
