My father-in-law ordered from HK WAYS INTERNATIONAL (eucs.ways@gmail.com) a a blood sugar meter, without needles, and many other functions, I also paid 350 RON, but received a simple , very cheap glucose meter with needles ( max. 100 RON worth).
I cannot return it back to the supplier, it doesn’t answer to my emails.
How can I receive the money paid?
