My name is Darpan Srivastava. I had ordered a juicer 8-10 days before from an instagram ad. When today ekart agent called me up and came to deliver the product. I received the box it was mentioned the product as “juicer” on the box but when i opened the box, i was shocked as it was some fitness equipment called power stretch wheel worth rs.2000. But no company name on the product and the complete address of return is also been torn from the stick address on the top of the box….Please help me with pick this product back and refund my amount as i am unable to connect with ekart executive guy now.
