Text of Complaint by MISLAWTI YADAV:

When I reported fraud with mobikwik customer support then they blocked my account and now till date I haven’t any update about it and asking for pay later due amount but now I’m trying to clear my due amount because I will not want to effect my cibil score that why I want to pay my due but account is disable so how can I pay? I m trying from 15 days to contact mobikwik but no one give a single reply please help me
