FRAUD WITH MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT & CREDIT CARD

Text of Complaint by LALIT KUMAR:

In morning 8:30, 06.03.3023 see my have some messages of spent money & otp messages from my credit card ending 3700. all messages time between 6:00am to 6:27 am. flipkart mention the message. i check my flipkart account. An item Apple App Store Code is purchased in large quantity many times. i call flipkart to cancel all order and these are not done by me and ask who is doing these tranjections. custmore care tell we can not tranjections these tranjections. i tell to refund all spends. they tell to contact me axis bank customer care bacause card is of axis bank & flipkart. axis bank not pick my phone. i go to bbank branch i wait till 9:30. and contact to credit card dept. they call from my phone to cust care they tell 1,60,000 spent from my card & 17 tranjections is there. i ask him to do cancel & refund . they give me service request number. after that i call 1930 national cyber fraud help line. they also give me number. after 4 day i have no solution from any side , please help
some important point:
1. i know very well otp & credit card number cvv are very crucial for tranjection. so i not share it with anywhere & any one.
2. no otp & spent message come on email
3. first tranjection at 5:48am but i received at 6:00am
4. flipkart customer tell he deliver apple app code in softcopy on registered email & phone number. one suspected email found in flipkart for delivery of above code which is not mine.
