Text of Complaint by Vikas:

First I downloaded the app from Play store and filled all the details regarding KYC and even the KYC was done through this app. After that I received an SMS with a Whatapp customer support. They asked me for about the amount I need . After that they asked to pay the membership funds Rs 750. Then processing fees 0.5% and a guarantee amount of Rs 2500/-. I paid that amount too. Then the RM said check the my personal account after 10 to 15 minutes. And assured that the funds will be credited. I checked after 30 minutes and no funds were credited to my account. I contacted bank to them , he said I have mentioned wrong number and my loan is frozen. So unfreeze the loan account I must pay 30% amount of loan applied and then only they will be able to do the needful. That amount 15000/- also am payed after he said again pay 30000 for verification charge its ruturn to your accont

I said return my all money as I can’t pay any
