This hotel has done big fraud with us. Charged Huge amount n done fraud with booking of room.
Told that total amount is 11000 and charged 13500 on check out
Checkin 15th October and checkout 16th October.
When asked for food bill they said we do not provide bill.
We asked for gst bill they said we do not provide gst bill.
On 2 hour argument he gave gst bill.
For daily customers they do no provide gst bill.
dirty bedsheets are present and the quality of rooms are very bad
When we asked to change but they did not.
The owner of hotel was not present at the hotel and took the advance amount and did not respond at the time of checkout as he switched off his phone
The hotel staff was abusing at us at the time of checkout.
They promised to give us deluxe room but they gave us semi deluxe room and charged us price of deluxe room.
There was termite in all the rooms as well as beds.
The hotel name is lake and woods and he has provided receipt with name hotel the woods we are not even sure that this gst bill is authentic or not.
