Dear Team,
I had my car serviced at Fixcraft.in company on 4th SEP 2022. At the time of delivery (for which I paid 5000), the car was not clean which your delivery partner and workshop executive acknowledged. After two days I was having trouble with my car (engine warning sign and noise from axle). When I complain, the executive responded that please visit your company’s service center. We can’t do anything.
After following up and raising complaints with the customer support team. They picked up my car and now they are charging me another 6000 for getting things done.
I am seriously very disappointed with the kind of service I am getting.
It’s been 3 days now that my car is still under the service center (fixcraft.in) and I am not able to use it. I request you to kindly look into this as an urgent priority.
