I ordered 2 necklace sets and a pair of earrings from the-zenee.myshopify.com. I found this website on facebook. The money Rs. 947 was transferred via PayU to Vikas Achchhelal Sonkar. I received a confirmation email after payment. Now I can not find the website or track my order and did not get any reply after emailing them. I have attached the screenshot of the confirmation email I received.

I have placed an order on 24th Jan2022 though the payment was successful but order still neither delivered nor did not get any refund. Also not able to find any customer contact where I can track my order or raise complain. Order no is 1071.
