booked flights on 21-NOV-2022 from New Delhi to PUNE date of journy 13-dec-2022, after a few days I received call from Varafi.com representative that flights got cancelled due to that your ticket got aborted. And same mail forwarded to me. Several times I’ve contacted customer care number, and they assured within 24 hrs will get the refund amount. But still I didn’t receive refund and in real those flights are not cancelled, and they blocked my phone number also, so this is clear they have cheated me. Please raise complaint on these people so that no one will suffer more. i m not receive my refund till date..

I faced the same issue today. I booked the flight through varafi.com from Kolkata to Bangalore for 18-01-2023. They send me the e-ticket also, but the PNR number does not exist when I checked with the airlines. They are the most sophisticated fraud agent existing looting the customers.
