Hi i am rahul kumar I booked the flight ticket and the booking date was 15 Jul 2022 and the reference no is REF807564204 from Delhi to Darbhanga. from https://www.travolook.in/ . when I have done my payment rupees 16440.00 then i got message wait for 30 mnts, meanwhile got a call they says your booking has been cancelled because PNR has not be generated so your refund will initiated within 24 hrs to 48 hrs i have waited for 3 to 4 days then again i have called on this no 0124-643-4800 they told me complete your 10 to 14 days done the same as they suggest but now they told me the transaction got field so wait another 10 to 15 days said rudely and disconnect the phone and now i have been continuously calling on their customer care number and and mailed on support@travolook.in over mail they did not reply yet. over the phone they stayed hold on and said we are checking your details then try to manipulate like more than 20 times. So please take action against this type of fraud website and help me for my refund.
