Hi,
This is regarding REF067071238. I booked my flight through this website “https://www.travolook.in” from Jabalpur to Bangalore. The flight got booked, and the amount got deducted from my account. In just two minutes, I got the message the flight has been cancelled due to some operational issues. It has been 4 weeks now, I haven’t got my refund. I have called the customer care representatives a number of times, they are always telling me to wait me for a week more. Kindly do the needful.
