On 2nd Aug’2020, I got a message from mobile no. 9328904985 on my cellphone that Telecast Tablet PC is available at Rs 2499 on mobspotbox.in/products/q. I had visited the site of mobspotbox.in and paid 2999/- for purchase of Teclast T30 Tablet which was listed in the site of mobspotbox.in. After making online payment through net banking via PayU, I received a message that your payment id MSB1265of Rs 2999.0 for Manoj Kumar is successful. But after the payment, I didn’t receive any confirmation mail from mobspotbox. I have sent several emails to support email address helpmobspotbox@gmail.com provided in the web site but I have not received any email confirmation till date.
Please help me to get the amount refunded.
