I saw this add on YouTube and Instagram about chairs being sold on discount. Website address was https://ergonomicmart.myshopify.com/products/woody-byron-message-executive-chair?variant=44076530041147.
Now the website is blocked and banned. Since it was advertised on authentic platform and shown by popular companies, consumer was fooled easily.
I would like refund or product be delivered for which payment has been made.
I have attached order summary as well as payment summary.
Please help me in this issue.
