I have booked roundtrip flights from Guwahati to Kolkata on 12th July 2022 from Travolook.in with reference ID REF637823445. I immediately got a mail from the website after the amount of Rs. 11076 has been deducted stating that the Booking is under process and it may take 30 minutes for confirmation. Within a minute or so I received a call from travolook saying that my booking got cancelled due to operational reason and when I asked about the refund then it was said that a refund will be provided post 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday. Afterwards I have again tried to reach them via mail and phone and I did not get any response vide mail. However, I have been told over phone that it will be refunded within two three days and that period is also over now. I have observed this similar pattern with other people from the reviews from the website .I highly doubt the authenticity of this website and hence I request you to help me with the matter and get my money back from this fraud website.
