Hi,
I have ordered some sarees via CLOTHESMART. IN website on 30dec2018.I did not get any update from them.
I have called the number which they have given in their website 9537575323.They did not responding. now ph number not reachable.
What is the update on the complaint we raised. Please helppp me the getting the my money back.

I have ordered one saree amt Rs.399/-on 21st of December 2018.I have not yet received the saree or any communication regarding this.I am not getting any refund also.please try to sort out this problem and give my refund.It is a fraud site don’t buy from this site.

Delivery time was 10-12 days. So I was waiting but now their website is also not working. This way no one will trust new domestic sites.

Yes I too have ordered two sarees in 03 rd Jan2019 and payment also has been done in the same day, and received that the delivery date is on 17th Jan but not yet received the item and could not contact the site and and no response for the email Enquiry
I also ordered kurti rs of 399 yet not get any response by clothmart.
I ordered clothes to clothesmart on 24/12/18 with online payment but didnot received parcel then i emailed to payment gate way rozorpay to refund my money.After so many email done by me then they refund my money online
