1. I saw an advertisement on my facebook account selling really cheap Fab India kurtas online.
2. On 20th June, 2023 I bought two kurtas from the website and made the payment for the same via my credit card. Later I got the debit confirmation message but no delivery date of the products. I got suspicious, when I tried to go back on their website it lead me to a non functional page.
3. My account was debited with Rs. 508 for KARAN ASHOKBHAI SOLANKI. Further, the message also had this particular link “For queries on your payment visit: www.gs.im/l/FAkUD5vPbVW team payu”
When we click on the link it leads us to a non functional payu page.
4. When I made a google search of the name it lead me to various complaint against the said person.
5. I request the court to kindly look into the matter and take serious action against such fraudsters. They create a very tempting fraudulent websites and cheat the innocent consumers. A senior citizen like me can easily be fooled by such websites.
6. I humbly pray to the honourable court kindly take action against the fraudsters and refund the hard earned money.
