I have ordered 3000rs worth sarees on kalyanisilks but I got sarees not worth for 100rs also, they have cheated me not replying for my msgs or emails there website, kalyanisilks.contact@gmail.com

I ordered a saree from the Kalyani Silks as received product is not as per the picture showed on the website, I want to return the product as per the refund policy mentioned in website.
I am following up since 2 nd October 2021. No response till date. So I registered a compliant to Government of India
