Respected sir/ma’am,
Few days back I have received a call regarding online work where they have asked me to send my aadhar card and email id.
I have sent my driving licence image and e-mail id and today I have received an email containing id and password for website e-cpt.com but I have not started working yet. While I searched for the same website on the net I found that it’s a fraud website which is doing the same with a lot of other people. I have not signed any contract so far and so I will not do any kind of work on the website.
But I came to know from the resources that these people are sending legal notices to people asking them money for the settlement.
Please guide me how to encounter such problems in future if it occurs.
