I had ordered online a three shirt combo from theshirtdeal.com vide order ID TSD16821 on 19th August 2021 which was delivered on 23.08.2021 through DTDC. An amount of 1299/- was paid to DTDC representative (Mob- 9650609503). when the packet was opened, I found that the product did not match the original advertised product. so I lodged a complaint on the same day on mail id (yash3762@gmail.com) with a request to tack back the delivered item and deliver advertised product at the earliest otherwise return the money but I did not receive any response as yet. Photo of advertised shirts, delivered shirts & invoice are attached herewith for further action.
