I have ordered online shopping thru nbmc forum.after received item it’s very cheap product I have received but as per showing in image and product name is very good. They cheated me. Please helpe with solution

I ordered for four color shirt for Rs1149/,while I open I found three old ,ragged shirts. This is a fraud company.
I ordered 2 jeans pant for Rs. 1249/- , while I opened I found two old ragged n tore jeans pants. This is a fraud company, administration pls take action with then.
