Gifterme.vip is the site.They ask you to first comments,like and follow on instagram accounts and then on name of vip task ask you to deposit money and buy product and get commission on that product but after that they will tell you to deposit more money and tell you to join vip group and when you deposit money all of sudden they will tell you to do more task and deposit huge amount then only you can withdraw your earlier money and that way your money will be freezed there and you wont be able to withdraw it.
