Flight booked from Agartala to New delhi through Travolook.in and amount of Rs3300 two has been deducted and PNR not generated. Immidiately after few minutes a call came and she said due to some technical failure pnr cannot be generated and amount will be refunded in next three working days and try same in after 30 minutes this time u will able to generate your pnr. Same thing happen twice and amount of Rs 3300 has been deducted again. Customer care is not receiving call please help me with this
